A short but nice section of the Lycian Way takes you downhill from the lower slopes of Mount Tahtalı to the beach at Çıralı. Transfer from Adrasan to Kapaklı (1hr 20mins) to start the walk via rocky pastures to ancient Istlada and onwards to a small inlet (suitable for a swimming break), before crossing open fields towards Simena. The trail is situated between fabulous mountain peaks and a rocky coastline.
